Charmander the Barred Tiger Salamander (Ambystoma mavortium)[/caption]
Throwback Thursday!
I’d like to honour the salamander, education ambassador, Charmander today! He is a Barred Tiger Salamander (Ambystoma mavortium). He was the very first Tiger Salamander that I had ever adopted, and I had got him from an individual in Toronto who no longer wanted him. Since I adopted him in June 2012, he has been to hundreds of educational displays, educating literally thousands and thousands of people salamander conservation.
